By using Sanjh Affair, you agree to our terms of purchase, shipping, returns and community guidelines. Please read carefully — and enjoy shopping softly.
Shipping & delivery
Every Sanjh Affair piece is made to order in small batches. We aim to craft and ship your order within 14 days of confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.
Complimentary shipping is available on all orders over ₹2,999. Orders below that amount are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹149.
Orders & payment
We accept UPI and cash on delivery (COD). For UPI orders, your order is confirmed once payment is verified. For COD, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. We do not offer returns or refunds. For full details, see our Exchange & Refund Policy.
Community
