Refund Policy

Our exchange policy allows you to exchange your order within 5 days of receiving it. Your order must be in the same condition as it was when received, with tags on and in its original packaging.

To start an exchange, write to us at contact@sanjhaffair.com. We'll arrange the pick-up — courier cost, if any, is to be borne by the customer.

Although we do a strong quality check before shipping, in case of any damaged, differently or wrongly sized items, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately.

Please note: the exchange policy does not apply to items that were custom made.
